A great product and customer service.
I have been a member for over 2 years and have found the service to be very good and the speeds are very effective. Even when some public WiFi networks prevent normal VPN (Hospitals) I have been able to use the onion servers and get around it. The price, when on offer, is very good and when I had an issue the help team were quick to respond and fix the issue. Big shout out to Estella for getting my issue fixed in less than 5 minutes.
