Very helpful in recovering account
I lost access to my MFA authenticator app and for whatever reason did not store the recovery codes (at least I did not find them). So I opened up a chat and Abby from NordVPN customer service guided me through the process of identifying myself. I took me forever to find my infos but Abby was very friendly and patient with me. My account was finally reset and now I can enable MFA again (and forget my backups again). Thank you!

Great customer service from NordVPN
I recently installed NordVPN and it was very easy to use. It installed quickly and I had no issues using it at all. I also recently contacted customer support via the online chat feature and received excellent customer service from Jack. Jack was very responsive and handled my query quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic Customer Service
I purchased a NordVPN subscription so I could watch movies and TV shows with my long-distance partner. We are both University students and wanted to spend more time together. Sadly, the services did not work as the University WiFi did not allow connections through specific ports. I did not take the time, nor the care to check this.
