Contacted Nord as I am changing VPNs
Contacted Nord as I am changing VPNs. I wanted to make sure their live support was 24/7. Spent about 15 minutes on chat with Vince, and he was absolutely great. He answered my questions about equipment compatibility, some questions about the features that come with their services, etc. Too bad you can't get on chat and ask for Vince! He is the best! 5*

Recounting of a Magnificent Support Agent - Mariana
I had a lengthy support session with Mariana. She worked me through various configuration options on a pesky network with thorough anti-VPN measures and eventually landed on an IKEv2 manual configuration that worked. She was truly beyond helpful in ensuring I was able to use NordVPN services.

I had an issue with the 2FA…
I had an issue with the 2FA authentication that locked out of all my devices, so i reached out to Nord VPN. The technical support was amazing ! I contacted them on twitter and got a very fast reply with a link to the tech support instant chat. I talked with Marybeth and she was really helpul ! She guided me, very patiently, to all the steps needed to recover my account. Everything is working again ! Thanks to Marybeth and all the staff of Nord VPN. You guys rock !!! 😊😊😊

Very efficient customer support
I was having issues with one of the software features not functioning properly and I couldn't find any useful information online. Luckily, I was connected to Khai, who was able to solve the problem quickly, was knowledgeable about alternative solutions, and even answered additional questions that I had after the issue was resolved. I was very happily surprised by your staff's knowledge and efficiency, namely Khai, and the professional approach taken.

Connection issues with vpn
I had connection issues whereby one of my apps would not connect with vpn on. After a lengthy discussion it transpired that a simple changing servers would solve the problem, which it did. Thanks to Lawrenec whom understood the issue quite quickly. Thank you
