Brad is an asset to the company
Brad went through the list of things that I needed to do to get my account back up and running after recently repurchasing nord and it was the one thing I should have thought of in the first place. If it wasn't for him I would have still been wondering what to do. Very polite,friendly, and helpful 10/10 customer service/IT.

Had trouble with the App on Startup. Bart helped me by suggesting I delete the software, restart my computer and reinstall the app. Seems to have worked.

Great vpn with even better customer service
I just cant tell how good experience I had with customer support member named Ryan. I have lost my 2fa and couldnt get into my account. Ryan quickly asked me all the necessary info about account ownership and once I have answered it he quickly removed 2fa and allowed me to login to my account once again. After that he even linked me where I could re-enable 2fa so my account could be safe again. Such a good experience, thank you Nord and thank you Ryan for great experience you are providing ...
