HAd to get in touch with customer services, Heath was very helpful and offered me an outstanding deal. I have been using NordVPN for over a year by now and have not had any issues at all.

Easy to Chat
Easily got a better plan through customer service. Don't settle for less especially if you are a recurring customer. The good part is you don't get hassled all you have to do is ask.

Nord customer service is always quick
Nord customer service is always quick to respond and solves issues very quickly. I've only ever had issues with billing but they take care of them right away without any headache.
