Excellent customer service
HAd to get in touch with customer services, Heath was very helpful and offered me an outstanding deal. I have been using NordVPN for over a year by now and have not had any issues at all.

Easy to Chat
Easily got a better plan through customer service. Don't settle for less especially if you are a recurring customer. The good part is you don't get hassled all you have to do is ask.

Nord App Fails to Open on Log In
Nord App Fails to Open on Log In. Became so troublesome had to use open vpn client to get online. Phillip got online this morning and talked me through the resetting of the app, logged out of all accounts and back in. App worked again. Great tech support!

Nord for life <3
I was facing a misunderstanding with my recurring bill and thought I was charged more. I wasn't but even then Kasper, my customer support agent from Nord, said they value recurring users so they gave me ADDITIONAL 18 MONTHS so sweeten the deal. They are the best! Both Kasper and Nord :D ! They sure know how to keep you hooked to their incredible service haha.
