Good company,good employees and fair pricing
Just used Nord VPN live chat facility and I'm very glad i did.My conversation via chat with someone called Heath was very easy,pleasant.helpful and productive. I had gone in asking for a refund as Nord renewed my subscription automatically well before the end of my contract with them.Money being somewhat tight at the moment i just thought i can't afford what they've charged $118.80 for just 12 months. I did not realize I had my auto-renewal on and the email notifying me that my subscription was going to end was sent to spam. I wanted to get a refund since I wanted to use a discount code for continuing my subscription. Trixie was great and was able to help me get free months added onto my plan given the situation so that I was essentially getting a similar deal to the discount. Super responsive and helpful customer service and I am happy using NordVPN

Annie was my hero today
Annie was my hero today. She was polite & patient & very very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & she put me at my ease & didn't make me feel inadequate. I think it took about 40 minutes to solve my VPN problem & she didn't get frustrated with me at all. She said her job was to be as helpful as possible & at my age (76) that was very reassuring. Good support and the services are amazing.
