I had a question concerning billing
I had a question concerning billing. After the use of the chat-bot I got in contact with a 'live-agent' called Zoey. Even thought my question was based on carefulness in online paying I have been assisted perfectly. Zoey found directly a solution for me to be happy with. So all done in a few minutes. Besides this rating I am also perfectly content with the speed and connectivity and many tutorials they provide.

Connectivity issues
I would like to take this time to praise these 3 people that assist me with my issues on the NordVPN. Martin, Jericho, and Norman were so patient with me and walked me through all the steps it took for me to be able to utilize the vpn to the maximum. I finally gave up on one item. NordVPN Auto Renewals
NordVPN recently updated their plan terms and pricing for renewals. My previous 3 yr plan auto-renewed as a 1 yr plan. I contacted Nord via chat and had a very helpful actual human (Claire) explain the new billing and even offered me a courtesy plan extension for my trouble. I could not be happier with the service.

Quality VPN

Change account access
I set up my new account using Google, and then I changed my mind, and wanted to access my Nord account through Nord. I couldn't find how to change the access, and George was able to help me and get the issue fixed. It was a quick and easy process.
