A very happy NordVPN customer
Have been using NordVPN for a while now, and the service & support has always been top notch! Had a few issues previously with the Linux client, but support was able to get me a workaround. Contacted again today with regards to a billing query, and Harper's support was top notch, every question answered quickly and clearly.

Server of PlayStation 4 changed thanks to Eugenia!
I intended to connect my PlayStation 4 to my NordVPN server to be able to change the region of the server I wanted to play a PS4 game on. Eugenia was very eager to help me with this problem, and made it clear to me that this wasn't going to solve my problem. The region of my PS4 is determined by the country of the billing information of my PS account, so I should alter that to alter the server of my PS4!!
