My vpn would not connect
My vpn would not connect. I had changed nothing on my pc and the error suggested I contact customer support. I did and was fortunate to have Bethany to be the representative. She was quick to understand the issue and instruct me on what I needed to do. I was impressed with Bethany's knowledge and how polite she was.

Was about to ask for a refund on my…
Was about to ask for a refund on my auto renewal since it was getting to expensive with the current rising costs of everything and was hard to justify the expense. The support agent offered us an additional 18 months for the same cost, making it way more affordable in the long run, and showing that they're willing to go the extra mile taking care of their customers. Since we never had any issues with the service I happily accepted and would recommend NordVPN to anyone.

Professional and effective
Eryc was patient, professional, and clearly knew the next step to try each time a troubleshooting technique didn't work. Very friendly as well, which is always comforting when I'm stressed about tech not working and feeling a bit silly for not understanding the specifics. Better deal by chatting with Customer Service!
I received a auto notification of renewal for 99$ for just one year. I had a 3 year subscription for 124$s. I was hoping for a better deal because times are tight for us all. I used the chat feature and was redirected to "Vincent". Vincent was able to provide me with some amazing deals and provide another 18 months on top of the year I purchased. I was super happy about that. Thank you Vincent!!
