18 months renewal offer not applied
18 months renewal offer was not applied on the date that my yearly subscription kicked in. Contacted support through the live chat and Bobby assisted me. Bobby was both smart and efficient, you could say it was like my mind was read. The problem was solved in seconds. Excellent service.

Ruby in Live Chat helped me
I am a boomer. Not particularly techphobic but not particularly tech savvy. I could not understand the instructions however hard I tried. I was going round in circles. I was nearly crying. I felt I had no option but to cancel the subscription I had just paid for. But then I met RUBY on the support chat. She fixed it! she helped me. I could understand her. She is brilliant!
