I was looking to cancel my subscription within the 30 day guarantee. I initially planned to do this much earlier in the process but due to work and personal obligations I had forgotten about it until my wife brought it up to me. Georgie was very patient about letting me try things and giving suggestions to get NordVPN working. Had an issue with a recent update and Zoe helped me rollback to prior version with clear instruction and los of patience. Without this help, I would have cancelled my subscription, so thanks a lot Zoe :)
