Cancelation/renewal
I was helped by Harper. I wanted a cancel and refund of the renew because i honestly never used my vpn when i got it originally 2years ago. I found it slowed down my internet and I couldn't connect it on my devices. Harper let me know that I could just connect it to my router to just do a blanket coverage. So he answered all my questions and once I'm back home I'll connect it to my router and see how it goes and if there's no major problem then I'll keep the renewal.

Good service. Subscription plan modification. Pay attention to your auto-renew feature
Nordvpn has good service. Just dont like the auto renewal subscription fee. I planned to cancel but, they offer me reasonable price for multiple internet security services 2.5 yrs, 6 devices for 98$. And Heath, the customer support agent, is really helpful when I contact NordVpn for the subscription plan.
