Happy Longtime User
I've been using NordVPN for over 5 years on all my devices, and have been very happy with them. They've proven to be fast and reliable. I recently had an auto-renewal issue, and they resolved it via chat quickly. I can highly recommend their products, as well as their customer service. Excellent company!

Very good customer service
Very good service, also the best and fastest customer support I've encountered so far. You can live chat and send your requests to a bot and it will connect you with kind and helpful members of the support team. Solved the problem quickly and to my full contentment.

Had some connectivity issues
Had some connectivity issues, which were rather annoying. Contacted customer support and ten minutes later my issues were fixed. Absolutely wonderful customer support, and of course the VPN service itself is top-notch.

Jordan was so helpful
My experience with NordVPN customer service was so pleasant! Jordan really took time to assist me and help me understand what router I needed. His kindness and patience is so appreciated. I will be using NordVPN in the future because the customer service is fantastic.

I wanted to cancel my subscription…
I wanted to cancel my subscription because the prices went up and were too high upon renewal. I spoke to Eugene at NordVPN and it really does seem NordVPN values their existing customers, because they offered me an additional 18 months for free. Excellent customer services and excellent product. I will be a repeat customer.
