VPN service issue.
I had a problem being unable to connect to the VPN on my Android device. I spent quite a while trying to resolve this, with no results. Once on the chat line, it took less than 5 minutes with the agent Kayla, to find the solution getting me back on track. Very quick and excellent service, thanks again.

Amazing Tech Support from Timothy!
I signed up with NordVPN at the beginning of the year just prior to our move to Belize. I wanted the additional security NordVPN provides and the ability to stream content through our Roku device that we cannot put a VPN on. We've been struggling with connectivity and speed for the last 6mos. We purchased a new router from FlashRouters (recommended by Nord), but their tech support was completely useless. I ran into an obscure issue
I ran into an obscure issue with a trusted website that blocked my access, after loading NORD My tech skills are better than average but after attempting to resolve the issue thru the vender, i was still blocked from accessing my data Thankfully KYRA was able to make a few simple suggestions to test my connection integrity and then adjust a setting wow so simple and issue resolve these people are GOOD
