VPN service issue.
I had a problem being unable to connect to the VPN on my Android device. I spent quite a while trying to resolve this, with no results. Once on the chat line, it took less than 5 minutes with the agent Kayla, to find the solution getting me back on track. Very quick and excellent service, thanks again.

Fast and effective suport
Paul supported me very fast an effective. I wanted to change my abonement because i havent used all the features of the "plus" edition. After 5 minutes in the live chat the abonemant was changed. I can recommend the good and very fast support.

Safe privacy - save money
Actually, NordVPN is a good enough for me. As an advanced user with linux-based OS, I use NordVPN every day more than 4 years. All I can say - good for 5 stars on TrustPilot. Good price and good connections. Yes, today I was not able to connect to specific server and specific country (which I used for months); after checking their site I cannot found it, so they probably replace it. So I do the same - change OpenVPN configuration files and now I am online using NordVPN - again. Never used ...

Really good setup instructions for any…
Really good setup instructions for any platforms, I use a dedicated IP on Linux and iOS and their support team was super helpful. Works like a charm!

Auto-renewal
Have an issue with the auto-renewal. However, after speaking to Kasper on the live chat, They were willing to do the refund and/or give additional perks if i kept the purchase which i found helpful. i decided to keep the purchase with the help of Kasper and also due to the fact i have nothing but good experience with NordVPN.
