Quick, concise, and helpful support
I had an issue with a specific server and had it fixed straightaway with the assistance of Marina on the NordVPN Support Chat. NordVPN works really well in general AND they're quick to fix any problems that do come up, and I don't regret spending money on it in the slightest.

Assistance from Heath - Dedicated NordVPN agent
I spoke to Heath today who assisted me with a billing question. His response was timely and he answered my question with direct focus and no hesitation. I have spoken to several agents with Nordvpn and the help I receive varies, depending on their queue times and the complexity of my issues. In this last inquiry, Heath's assistance exceeded my expectations and was on par with what a customer would expect if a company is seeking loyalty.

Knowledgeable & Fast 24/7 Live Chat Support!
The user experience does change on occasion (rarely), and it does leave me with a few new user experience questions. However, the support from their 24/7 live chat always has a short wait, and promptly answers any and all of my questions, and educate me on how to achieve what I'm looking for with a VPN. vpn set up on my asus router
i contacted the support to set up my asus VPN router. i did chat for 2h with an agent named Philip, very professional, patient and with technical background as he could guide me step by step until the end of the vpn installation. Cherry on top he also took time to verify my final set up where he found an error that he quickly helped to fix. thanks Philip much appreciated. you rock

Connection problem, Android phone
Had problems whith connecting to NordVPN from my Android phone. Asked for help first from a bot, than a real person, Annie. It didn't take many minutes to solve the problem. Thumbs up!

Ned was so dedicated and had so much patience to assist me with some of the Nordvpn troubles I had streaming from a different server. Although it was a problem that could not be solved, he put all of his effort and hopes to troubleshoot it. Thanks so much for your hard work!
