I had difficulty connecting to the NordVPN servers and contacted their customer service. Jarvis is the agent chatting with me and this guy was one of the best best representatives I've seen and solved my problem very quickly! Thank you NordVPN, Thank you Jarvis!!

My VPN was detected by one of the providers I subscribe to, I thought I wouldn't be able to watch anything on it now, I contacted NordVPN support and Blake did some tests and found a config error on my router, once rectified all worked perfectly again. Thank you, fantastic support!

Issues logging in with AppleID
I was having login issues due to my Apple ID “hide my email” feature. I bought my subscription on the app using my AppleID and face recognition as a password. Mike promptly helped me get a trouble ticket entered to fix my email address while giving me a temporary password to login immediately to my devices I was having trouble connecting to.
