Solid VPN service, great support
I have used the service a little over a year and never had any issues. The interface is clear and simple, but offers a lot of options if need be. Maybe equally important; Nord's customer service is impeccable! Very understanding and customer-oriented.

Best VPN server and service
Apart from being a good VPN server they have a very good, operational, customer helpdesk/service. I had to change my log in email address, found out the way to do that on the website, had to fill in an online questionaire and upload prove for security reasons. Took me some time but that was age related (82) and all was solved and working properly within 12 hours!!

Top notch help when needed
I've been using this service for a few years without issues, until today when I got no end of grief with my subscription renewal, no matter what it kept failing. My subscription renewal plan changed…
My subscription renewal plan changed from 3 years to 1 year for the same price and I had not noticed that detail in the reminder email. With the change being a considerable increase in cost per month, I contacted Nordvpn, with the intent to cancel. However, Tyrone, who I chatted with, was able to make a satisfactory adjustment and I decided to stay on.

Did Not Realize Automatic Renewal
I did not realize my account automatically re-enrolled and automatically charged a higher rate before the renewal date. I sought help and chatted with Tyrone who accommodated my request to continue the excellent service of NordVPN with a better rate. Thank you for understanding!
