Used for my.own protection over seas
Used Nord vpn for my own security on deployment and loved the product. Upon renewal I didnt need the program anymore, but had already been charged. Simple and easy to deal with for a refund, great company to deal with!

Connection problems for several sites.
I was having connection problems for several sites and tried multiple suggestions to troubleshoot. I was very frustrated..but Belle was extremely patient and very professional to assist with the solution!!

I had an issue with 2 of pieces of my tech hardware refusing to accept my password after a requested password change by Nord. I spent a few hours trying to fathom things out but to no avail. I then contacted Nord via chat. I spoke to both Griff and Belle at length, trying reinstalls, further password changes, hardware cleansing etc. After several persistent hours, a solution was found and implemented. Incredibly fair and great service
My subsripction auto-renewed at double the price and that was annoying. I reached out to cancel and they offered me the promotional price to stay, no extra charge and 18 extra months. Supremely generous. Their service is really good, I just wasn't willing to pay $100/year for any VPN, regardless. I'll be sticking with Nord for the forseeable future.
