Had a small issue with renewal billing
Had a small issue with renewal billing, used "Live Chat" to contact a NordVPN agent, it was quick, friendly and professional. Very happy with the resolution of the issue.

Clara is AWESOME! :D
My account expired and Nord's system attempts to renew a bunch of times while sending emails for each failure, much annoying! However, I reached out to their customer service and got in touch with Clara. After looking into my account on why I couldn't just cancel the subscription, Clara provided me with 3 options for fulfilling my cancellation request.
