Subscription cancel

I had to cancel my subscription, I don't really use the service at the moment. (it's actually really nice to have it if you need it though) I was assigned Magnus for going through with the refund. He was super nice. Really fast, clear and cordial. He even explained to me, after I asked, how he could type super fast. (For a few messages I thought he was a bot :D ). Anyway, super good customer service. Super good service. Super good Magnus

Troubleshooting VPN connection problems.

I was having problems connecting to NordVPN via my router. Every time I connected to Nord I was losing network access. This all started a few days ago, so I was trying to figure out the cause. As part of troubleshooting I contacted the Nord Support team to see if the issue might be on their end (it wasn't, but they replied very quickly and shared some tips based on my system logs). I really appreciate the quick response and willingness to to help.

I had an issue with my laptop, I couldn’t figure out a way to download vpn and went to the live chat customer support and I had a very wonderful person names Sean. Sean was super patient helped me out every step of the way no matter how minuscule! Wish I could rate it higher
