Very helpful
I was experiencing an issue streaming from a different region. I spoke to one agent who although tried to help, was not able to but referred me a different department. I then spoke to Franklin who was also very helpful and was able to provide me with multiple way of solving my issue. In all, I appreciate their urge to assist and moreover, their patience. Thank you!

great costumer service I contact them by email for a refund even after a auto renew and they refunded me anyways. great business.
