Had a problem with an actual download that wouldnt show up no matter what i did. Abby and Karson had been great! Turns out the solution was very easy, but i would had been suffering over it for a while by myself. Thank you, Karson! Dont laugh at me too hard)

Support immediately solved my problem
My payment would not process on any browser or site. I simply visited their support page and a support agent (Tyrone) immediately helped me resolve my problem (and he even managed to get me the previous day's cheaper price).
