Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service (thank you, Bethany)! Easy to set up and the website is very clean and easy to navigate. I have plenty of friends using NordVPN and they're all very happy with it. Very excited to finally have it myself.

Used if for the last 4 years works…
Used if for the last 4 years works great, lots of servers in numerous countries. Also recently had an issue where I lost my phone and had to get them to disable MFA feature on my account, done through chat instantly, with good customer service. Special mention for Willow and Lloyd who helped me.

Lennie is a CX superstar. I signed up for a 2 year special so I don't remember much when I originally signed up. As a Canadian, paying anything in USD is really expensive. And initially buying the NordVPN service 2 years ago on a special I completely forgot I was being charged in USD. About to start my 3rd year, the renewal email is only sent once and its 30 days in advance, so naturally I forgot all about it but it tells you that you'll be charged whatever amount (in my case at time of ...

I had difficulties on connecting VPN to my iPad
I had difficulties connecting NordVPN to my iPad and Brad was excellent and patient in showing me how. All is good in my world now. Please consider giving him a raise for his hard work and knowledge. Without his experience, I would not have been able to connect VPN to my iPad.
