October 2, 2022 Usually, my experience with Nord customer service is lengthy, long and delayed. Jarvis today has changed my experience making it a positive one. Thank you Jarvis. I have chatted with Nord customer service in the past, there has been 3 occasions that each chat took more than one hour which was without any results. This was the first time I was able to experience service from someone that has knowledge and it able to listen to my needs

I had a great experience with Zoey today. I awoke to find a payment had been taken without my consent, so I thought. But I spoke to Zoey and she was able to sort everything out and offered a great deal. A real pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend this service. Its been great to me for the past 6 years.
