Excellent help from Nord VPN
Excellent help from Nord VPN, especially Jericho, Annabelle and Rex. Was struggling to download and connect, but they sorted out my issue and all is now working again.

Marina helped quickly and professionally solve
I was unable to resolve my issue without using live chat. Marina was very helpful in quickly running through possible issues for the troubleshoot. She gave clear instructions on what to do, and even offered to reconnect me in the chat after I restarted my computer to make sure the solution worked for me.

App launch issue
Aiden was very helpful and patient, and despite being busy he went out of his way to help me with every issue I had, even if they were small. Would recommend! :)

Patient customer service!
Patient customer service! I've been using NordVPN for 4 years with no issues until very recently. Their chat agents (shoutout to Franklin and Willow!) were thorough and patient, and helped me troubleshoot for over an hour. It ended up being a very hidden browser setting--not Nord's fault at all.

App didn't launch
My app didn't launch. Transferred to the browser. I'm using Opera. Martin solved the problem in just a minute. His instruction, ingenious in its simplicity and functionality ("click here, then there"), worked a miracle. The default browser was changed, I was able to enter the application. Thanks Martin for the help! Dear NORD team, wonderful people work for you, and this characterizes you!

Experience with Chat Feature
I was having an issue with connectivity that was driving me insane, and after researching the matter, I contacted NordVPN through their chat feature. Randolph and Bart were extremely helpful, and after trying a few things, my connectivity issues were resolved. I didn't have to wait much for help, and the matter was resolved on the first try.
