I had some trouble connecting with Netflix
I had some trouble connecting with Netflix Germany, but I really needed to watch a specific (German) show for my dissertation. Kayla helped me out in just a few minutes. She looked up the show in other countries and told me to connect to Netflix Switzerland: this worked! Thank you so much Kayla!

Nordvpn worth its money
Nordvpn is a good app to access from restricted countries. Once a week servers are blocked bur support team can recommend you a new one, so inconvienence is about 3-5 minutes. From Eu -no problem to use. Good app.

Big problem for me and good solutions given
I had some big problems and misunderstandings on using the app for the first time. Marina and Aiden. Marina was very patient in helping this poor confused person that I was along with Aiden. They were both very professional, helpful and patient.
