Effective and friendly
I was on support for a while struggling to get into a restrictive Wi-Fi. got transferred to a man named Aiden, who not only managed to sort my problem out but simultaneously taught me about how it all worked! The problem was sorted, and I was talked through confusing sections of the process very precisely, and I was able to understand fairly quickly.

Great customer live support!
Nordvpn live support has never disappointed me. Always get instant reply and effective solutions when having connections issue (especially connecting from a country that is not quite convenient) Shoutout to those customer support agents/officers (Damon), their prompt replies are really helpful.
