NordPass login issues patiently resolved
Tuesday 4 Oct 2022. The problem started when I couldn't log into my NordPass app that I had just installed on my new device. The old device that I set NordPass Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) on was damaged and was no longer in use. The NordPass App kept asking me to type the MFA Code displayed on my Authenticator App! Best support experience
Zack from chat support helped me set up a VPN on an ASUS RT-AC66U router (with no internet) connected by cable to a Huawei b525s router with no supported VPN capabilities (but with an internet connection). I am not a tech-savvy person and Zack took the time to guide me through all the steps using screenshots and non-tech words. I am extremely grateful for all the help! I will definitely continue recommending NordVPN to people.

Belle helped resolve my issues logging into NordVPN. I was unable to login on my Android phones after resetting my password multiple times. She resolved the issue and I am now logged in on all my devices.
