Great service and tech support
I set up NordVPN yesterday and had some initial connection issues but was able to connect with their tech customer service via chat online and the gentleman whom I chatted with, Wayne, was super helpful and walked me through a perfect and easy solution. The application is working well now and I'm very happy with the connectivity and service so far. Thanks Wayne!

Subscribed through AppleID and it didnt work
I subscribed to Nord VPN via APPLE subscription but it didn't get activated for a week or so. I sent several messages via the app but no response. So decided to use LIVE CHAT. I spoke to WALTER on the live chat and after few enquiries and verification, Walter was able to activate my subscription very quickly! Great customer service! Hard to see good customer service nowadays.
