Amazing support!!!
Amazing support!!! I needed help concerning a double router setup (one of which a vpn router) and although I do not have a clue about networks a live agent helped me to reach my goal! Very patient, very friendly, and knowledgeable!

Specific use didn't work, refunded promptly
Wanted to try Nord VPN for a specific use-case. It ended up not working out so I asked for a refund through the automated chat system. I was connected to a live agent, Eugenia, who helped completely resolve my account and issue the refund. Very professional, patient and kind. If I have any need for a VPN in the future I will not hesitate to give NordVPN another shot.

Great customer service!
I have been using Nord for more than 10 months and it has been really great! The best part is its customer service team. Whenever I manage to get in contact, they respond promptly and have been extremely helpful. VPN servers need updates and my main purpose of contacting their customer support team was to get updated servers when I encounter connectivity issues.
