Webster was who I chatted with at NORD
Webster was especially good at resolving my problem quickly by giving explicit succinct instructions and answering all my questions. My NORD VPN application suddenly would no longer connect. My wife, who is very tech savvy and who worked in unrelated aspects of IT, tried to help me troubleshot but we could not find a solution. Webster's first approach worked.
