Great customer service!
I would like to report what a satisfactory experience I just had with customer service. I didn't need any customer service for my first 3 years of subscription but when my subscription ran out & I had trouble renewing I sent a PM through the NordVPN Facebook page and in a matter of minutes I had a reply and a solution. I am very impressed! 👍☺

My Nord auto renewal didnt work on the…
My Nord auto renewal didnt work on the firstick even though payment was taken. Dean from Nord sorted the issue through online chat and got me up and running in no time at all. Very polite and efficient
