Great customer support
Had a problem where my vpn wouldn't connect cause the background processes wouldn't start. Got great support from Theodore in their website support chat and after a little trial and error we fixed the issue. Thanks again!

Great Support Experience!
My account auto-renewed unexpectedly (I misread when my subscription was active until). I used the chatbot, which I was a little worried about since usually, their functionalities are very limited. After entering my question and a couple of follow-up questions I was connected to a live support agent, Jack, and they were able to provide me with a refund or the option for a retention plan. The whole process was extremely quick and easy!

High CPU usage resolved
I was having a problem with really high CPU usage and contacted the support team. Lawrence and Theodore helped me to diagnose and resolve the issue, returning NORDVPN to normal cpu usage. They were very courteous and were able to very quickly resolve the problem.
