I contacted NordVPN as my app wouldn't open on my mac
After exhausting all options on the NordVPN website I contacted customer service to get additional assistance as my app wouldn't open regardless of what I did. Brad guided me through until the end. Thanks! Also the app itself I've been using for sometime before this and have always had a great experience with it, love it.

It's different from other VPNs I tried especially for I like to watch tv shows that aren't available in my country. The customer service is also great in dealing with the questions I have.

I experienced an issue with my subscription billing with the CH play store, contacted support via live chat on their website and was quickly assisted by an incredibly helpful and resourceful support member called Hunter. No need for tissues if you've got internet issues! Just use the Nord chat
Downloaded NordVPN this past week because I heard such good things and had a code for a discount. Ran into an issue using it on my computer with my phone acting as a hot spot. Could connect to the hot spot but got no internet. Tried a bunch of tips from Google over two days with no luck. Uninstalled Nord and was able to connect to the internet but I wanted a VPN as I am travelling abroad and I had heard such good things that I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
