Works well, customer service is great…
Nord VPN works very well and have had no major issues. Customer service was very fast in replying to a small problem I had and sorted out my issues with login very easily and in a friendly manner.

Amazing support on a Sunday Evening! Although I could not find a solution yet, I was guided by excellent employees who took their time to understand my issue. Both, Bethany and Willow, invested a considerable amount of time figuring out my issue and I have a lot of hints that can solve the problem. Easy chat customer service
I chatted with Noelle to see if I could get a better rate than the $99 that my account auto-renewed for. She quickly helped out and arranged to add 18 mo of service for the same rate. Great service!

Kyle and Jordan resolved my issues…
Kyle and Jordan resolved my issues connecting to Netflix seamlessly. They were brilliant! I felt no frustration dealing with them at any point. They read and understand everything I was saying, unlike many other so-called "customer service" helpdesks.

Twitch Streams Stop/Starting Issue Resolved!
I was getting random issues with streams on Twitch and the chat would reconnect constantly and stream would stop and start a lot. Only website I was having an issue with while using NordVPN. I was connected with Kyra and they were able to help me go through some troubleshooting steps I had not tried out yet and it turns out that all I needed to do was set the default VPN protocol to TCP instead of Auto and this cleared up my issue instantly.
