I just signed up for Nord VPN - I recommend it. I was chatting with Angelo via the help chat on the website - exceptionally helpful - communication and explanations were top notch - advice on which product and plan based on my specific requirements was clear and helpful - I require my offshore developer to access services from a country embroiled in some internal political turmoil and I want to support him to support his family - Nord has made this possible.

Been using Nord for over 2 years now…

Been using Nord for over 2 years now and have yet to be dissapointed. I recently had to use the support chat option on the website and Aoife, agent I spoke to, was helpful and made the experience hassle free. It is this sort of ease of mind that led me to comfortably renewing my subscription for another 2 years instead of shopping around for a cheaper option. Their rates are something I am happy to pay for the quality of service being delivered.

Surprisingly good customer service resolving NordVPN account issue

I had an issue with my NordVPN account not renewing at the correct rate and duration. I was expecting to be challenged and get the runaround since I didn't think to keep any prior screenshots as evidence, but luckily that wasn't necessary. Silas was very kind and able to resolve my issue effortlessly. This was the best customer service I've received in a long time. Thank you Silas!
