Best Live Chat I have experienced
Been having issues with my Nord account and George (Payment department) and Joel ( customer service department) were quick and efficient leading me in the right direction and getting what I needed done. Even with me having issues with missing passwords or missing some key information. These two gentlemen gave me different avenues and ways to figure things out and get my account up.

Problem with default browser on smartphone.
I have Nord VPN on my smartphone. I changed my default browser to Opera mini. Afterwards; I could not login to Nord VPN anymore. I have contacted the support. Their first advice didn't help, but the second - choosing Chrome as default browser - worked.
