I had a minor interruption in service. The problem was resolved by switching servers. Aiden-NordVPN explained the probable reason and provided 3 solutions. The Agent I spoke to was very professional and provided me with the information I needed in an expeditious manner. I wish all representatives were clones of Aiden.

uskng nordvpn for just over 2 yrs
I've been using nordvpn for just over 2 years now. I've never had an issue with connecting or slow speeds etc. Even the Firefox browser extension is pretty decent. I just came across my first issue now. It said I was using the max 6 devices and need to disconnect one to connect.... I found out some weird email "callcenteragent423@gmail" was connected to my account for God knows how long. So I disconnected it and finally enabled 2fa. Contacted live support to ask about the service ...
