Timothy and Jane set up my asus router with nordVPN
Just got help from Timothy to set up vpn on my router. Tried to do it for days by myself, but solved it within 20 minutes with step by step guidence and questions answered on my way😊 when new issues arrised, Jane helped me solve those issues within another 15😊 dont hesitate using the costumer service, they are very good with technical guidence😊

Jarvis at Nord customer service is a gem…
Jarvis at Nord customer service is a gem. He was clear, steady, patient, and friendly. And I don't say this lightly. I have spent the last month dealing with 50+ online accounts, after my husband and I lost access to gmail when our electronics were stolen at gunpoint in Mexico City. But, I know: the availability of people like him is reflection of Nord's commitment to customer service. Thank you, Jarvis and thank you, Nord!

Top Notch Customer Service
I've been using a VPN for years but this is my first week with Nord. I ran into issues streaming a blackout event a couple of days ago. Nothing wrong with the VPN, just couldn't get it to work with the recent updates to the streaming service. I used the Live Chat and was EXTREMELY pleased with the service from Logan. Logan troubleshooted me through probably 6 different fixes. I was appreciative and OK that Logan did as much as he had (even if there was no resolution), but he continued to ...

Would Recommend
Talia, Heath and Bethany were amazing! Extremely quick to respond to messages, nice/pleasant and knowledgable. In addition - when I needed to be transferred they were sure to read the previous chat to keep themselves up to date (vs me having to re-explaining myself ten times). I was close to canceling but decided not to thanks to them!
