Sean was amazing
Sean was amazing. Nothing could get the NordVPN app to connect using Windows 11, but he showed me how to set up a manual connection. I hope that Nord is able to diagnose the issue and I can go back to using the App. I have to say, Sean's patience and technical knowledge were legendary. Thank you SO MUCH!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Khai, the technician that helped me was very patient and guided me through every step even if the set up was in a different language! I was able to connect and overcome issues of downloading and installing. All of this on Saturday evening.

How to find your registered email for NordVPN
I have a yearly subscription to Nordvpn and today I found out my account is inactive. The actual cause of this is because I mistook my registered account on NordVPN. Since I thought I made the right account to log in, I guessed it probably was a back end problem about the app. So I talked with a chat bot on nordvpn help site that lead me to a live agent. Excellent Customer Service from Jack
Recently had a small issue with renewing my subscription. Connected via Live Chat and was online with an agent within 3 minutes. Jack sorted out my issue and as a good will gesture added some additional months to my plan to compensate for my inconvenience. Super help. Thanks Jack.

from a country with tight internet controls
I am in a country that has very very strict internet restrictions and I needed to get online in order to do my work as an academic. After two days of frustration not being able to go online, I got in touch with NordVPN support and Damon gave me all the tips I needed to solve my problem. Damon was friendly, professional and I wish I had contacted support earlier.
