New code for new 2-year deal received in email
I got an email with a 2-year offer with 65% off for $63. But when I logged into my account on the site and clicked on the link for the deal, all of a sudden the deal was a 2-year plan with 3 free months for $78. I contacted Nordvpn and got in touch with Vincent. After several screenshots and telling my story, I got a new code from him. That code got me the original 2-year deal which was cheaper than the 2-year + 3 free months. Thanks again to Vincent from Nordvpn for getting this done.

New customer general issue
As a new user I had a slight issue with "Kill Switch" feature that I was not aware of. It was causing me some issues so I've contacted NordVPN live chat for assistance. Jordan from customer service group was my advisor and he did a phenomenal job! He was super prompt with replies, always polite and got my question answered in no time. I felt really nice after having such a good experience as a customer. Thank you, Jordan. I truly appreciate your time!

GREAT SUPPORT
Had a bit of an issue with billing at first, however Wayne from support handled things and a great and timely manner. I wish all customer support interactions elsewhere were like NordVPN. Thanks so much.
