Clear and kind
The agent, Mercy, was really kind and clear. The discussion was really nice. She also gave me a coupon code. I tried other VPNs, and to me, NordVPN is still the best VPN so far. Their sales service is good.

My iPhone crashed beginning of October
My iPhone crashed beginning of October. Apple replaced the hard drive. When I went back to sign into Nord, it asked for Google Authenticator. The Authenticator kept asking for a QR code. I kept going in circles. Today, I clicked on the Nord customer service live chat, and Joel was very helpful. I asked him to turn off Authenticator and reset my account. It now works on my Macbook and iPhone. I feel at ease that Nord is back on. Thank you!

Had an issue connecting my Dedicated IP…

Wonderful customer service
My internet connection was blocked because of NordVPN kill switch. It happened during the day in Japan. I previously emailed the support desk the issue but it was urgent and I couldn’t wait for the next day. Then I found the live chat option by searching the internet. It connected to the live person right away. The agent, Aiden was so helpful and patient with me. My internet was back after his guidance. I was truly grateful for his support and the quality of his customer service!
