NordVPN support
I recently had a billing issue with NordVPN. In July I had purchased a software bundle that included a year of NordVPN. I added the year to my currently active account which was due to end in November of 2022. The additional year would bring me through November of 2023. This change was not reflected on my account when using the NordVPN web site. It did show the change when I looked at the apps on my phone and tablet. I contacted Nord support via email. Dommy and Phoebe were super helpful…
Dommy and Phoebe were super helpful getting me around the vpn detection on a streaming platform. They seemed willing to keep coming up with potential solutions as long as I was willing to try them. They gave clear and detailed instructions, and they included links to guides for any potentially complicated step. I was planning on asking for a refund, but instead I'm here writing a review.

Nord VPN gives great service
Nord VPN is a great service. On my account renewal my subscription and an offer from Nord caused my account to pay twice which caused some confusion however Kimberly from Nord helped me understand the subscriptions and options and an additional offer I could take advantage of. Really pleased with the outcome, thanks

Been using nordvpn for almost 2 yrs…
Been using nordvpn for almost 2 yrs now. no issues and customer service is excellent(thanks Garry!). was about to upgrade from my yearly to bi-yearly plan but was offered a better deal instead. hopefully the can continue this great service to their loyal customers.
