I had Matthew assist me and was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient with my inquiry. I needed some questions answered regarding an add-on and the rep was fully aware of my question and knew the answers right away that left me more than satisfied. GIVE VIOLET A RAISE!!!
I was initially on the verge of panic after installing NordVPN, because my wifi stopped working altogether, whether I was connected to the VPN or not. But Violet spent literal hours with me troubleshooting the problem, and after trying four or five different things, both my wifi and the VPN are working wonderfully. Phew! A+ customer service.

Very good customer service
I was unable to access a specific site through the VPN. Dommy talked me through a troubleshooting process. We found that the site was accessible if I chose a different VPN server.

If you never come to China, you cannot imagin how eager the government wants to block your service here. Luckily we still have this ladder.

Great Live Chat experience
I have been using the NordVPN service for years and never had any problems...also used the live chat customer service and Charles, the operator, was really helpful and clear. I really appreciated the help and I recommend NordVPN to anyone who want a good VPN service.
