Everly Rocks!
Ok, so I started dealing with NordVPN customer service two days ago when an MFA authenticator kept giving me issues with my devices. It was so frustrating as I’m overseas and need to use my VPN. After a few emails, bot chats, and chats that went like “let me transfer you to my colleague”, I finally was able to chat with Everly from Customer Support and man did she made my day! It took less than 5.23 minutes and boom I was in the VPN. Thanks Everly, you rock!!! I been a NordVPN Member since 2018.

Jamey and support team are awesome
After a recent update to NordVPN on Linux, Nord was leaking my real location by enabling IPv6, even though I had my system set to disable it. Kara, Leroy, Roger, Jamey, and a few others spent so much time helping me with trying to figure it out. It took hours over a week to fix the issue, but it was Jamey who figured it out!! Very rapid help
Hey, I have just been able to log-in back into my NordVPN account, my google authenticator codes weren't working anymore, so I reached for help with an Live Agent. It took a few minutes to verify me and now I'm able to log back into my account. Thank you very much Jacob! :)
