Impressive customer service!
I'm extremely impressed with the live chat customer service! I use Pop_OS as my daily driver. I ran a system update while connected to NordVPN without checking what was being updated. Turns out, one of the updates was for NordVPN. I was, of course, disconnected. When the update finished, I attempted to reconnect. Failure.
