I met a issue with the last upgrade of the software. I used NordVPN Chat and Harley help me to find out and resolve my problem. More, the interaction with her was very good. Glad to have NordVPN!

Great response with streaming issues…
Great response with streaming issues with NordVPN customer support. Spent several hours over a few days sending messages to support. Support highly recommended a Live support chat. Connected with Estella. After several tests and verifications, Estella resolved all of my issues!! I will installing NordVPN on all of my devices!

I used MFA/2FA and I lost my phone
I used MFA/2FA and I lost my phone. I got a new one and I got problems with the MFA. I contacted NordVPN support by chat and asked if they could turn MFA off, but I had to identify myself answering questions when and how I signed for an account. I didnt keep my first email from NordVPN and I also lost my credit cards with the phone, so I was not able to answer any of the questions.. Internet security was a lot better than having nothing
I have always valued the use of a VPN and I started a trial for Nord and really enjoyed the ease of use and the benefits that came with it.
