Nord VPN is easy to use and backed by great on call support
Nord VPN is easy to use and is simply the best VPN there is. I have been using it for some time and then decided to close it because i no longer needed it. However, i had to access some sites due to geographic restrictions and wanted to try another VPN. However, George helped me and resolved my issue. He was really helpful and even suggested me the specific servers to use. I would highly recommend Nord VPN to anyone. Great experience overall

I had trouble accessing a streaming…
I had trouble accessing a streaming service, but, after assistance from Tiffany, I was eventually able to access the service in question. This has been the only problem I've had with Nord, and I've been with them for almost a year.

setup for router
Ean helped me with setting up router. he kindly showed me steps one by one. it took me while to finish all and asked stupid quetion but he was always there for me to answer qulckly. I was not able to complete my setup without Ean's support.

Nord's 24/7 tech backup is first class
I have used Nord since 2016 but my last renewal was a bit expensive so I tried a "highly ranked" competitor at about half the price which ended in disaster. Horrible customer service and constant drop-outs and intermittent auto-connect on start-up, so learnt my lesson and returned home to Nord. However initial download presented no-start-up problems after repeat uninstall / reinstalls. Opened up Nord Chat and David, to cut a long story short, saved the day. David above all else LISTENED ...

I was having problems accessing some channels that I usually watch
I was having problems accessing some channels, as they kept coming up with the message to buy a NordVPN, which I already have. After walking me through several steps and failed attempts at my end, it was finally solved. Thanks to Rudolph, Zac and finally Dommy, they helped me get it to work. Talk about patience, with me, as I'm not very computer savy. Thank you all, especially Dommy
